Thank you guys. I couldn't find the answer to the "7500 mile" rule anywhere else. I just bought a Kirkham 289 FIA with very low mileage and am planning on trying for an SB100 in January and then I rememberd the 7500 mi. rule that defines a "used" car here in California. Very glad to hear that it doesn't apply in this case. Thanks again.
