Default Finally decided on a gun

Well as some of you know, thanks to Jeff I want a AR style gun.
After looking at more guns then you can belive and talking to more people then I wanted to.

I decided on a Sig Sauer 556 Swat Classic.
I should be able to pick it up Monday

Let me know when the next shooting outing will be.

Here's a picture of it.

Dan

Cool...

Shooting session will be planned for January.
Love the smell of gun powder in the morning.

I read that according to Handguns Magazine, February/March, 2010,
"Winchester secured a Homeland Security contract for up to 200 million rounds of .40 S&W ammo that will be used by Immigration, Customs and Enforcement [ICE]."

Great, another shortage looming for the one caliber I use. What in the world does ICE need with 200,000,000 rounds of .40 S&W? I smell a rat.

I bet that rat looks more like an ass! If you can't beat them with a stick, buy up all the sticks so they can't have any. It's not a bad move....for a bunch of dummys.

Learn to reload! It's not cheaper, but you shoot more for your money..

Nice weapon. I have a Bushmaster Carbon 15 M4, but I like the Sig alot. The new Barrett Rec-7 is also a nice AR type weapon. Have fun with the new tow.

DaveS, have you taken that AR out to get that furry brown animal that caused you to run into the side of the mountain?

Smile Concealed Carry?

I assume this is not for concealed carry, it would make an awful bulge in your pants.
Merry Christmas!
