Whew! Sorry to hear that the saga continues. A couple of ideas.
Who did you buy your CSX chassis from? If it was someone like Hillbank, maybe Lance could put some pressure on Roush to come up with a solution. I know that in a couple of instances, Roush has put someone on a plane to go on site to fix a problem that can't be resolved.
I'm not doubting Charlie's skills, but is fuel injection tuning his expertise? Does he have the equipment to calibrate the system and diagnose problems? If you/Charlie submit a warranty request form to Roush explaining the problem, they'll cover of the costs of taking the car to fuel injection specialist.
