But that's precisely the reason you buy insurance... to cover you when you make bad decisions and act irresponsibly.  When you exercise good judgment, and act responsibly, you generally don't need your insurance (but sometimes you do  ). And remember, the insurance proceeds will go to her next of kin -- do you really want to stiff them? What if she left small children?  |
