CSX 4910: Roush does stand behind their work. I have worked their booth along with Shelby and Superformance at Barrett-Jackson for several years. Roush's engine manager is Todd Andrews. He would take a personal interest in your case if he knew about it. I do not have his phone number but I'll bet you can call or e-mail Roush to his attention. He is a straight up guy workaholic who demands quality.

Bob you are 100% correct. After some msgs to warranty with no response, I left a message in the general mailbox as well as Carol Barker with the Roush Owners assoc got involved and Todd called me today. I got more accomplished in a 20 minute phone call than the last 2 weeks of trying. The parts are on the way to Anthem(flywheel, starter, and rear seal). Still working on the coolant leak and a set of filters that will fit but I am happy with Todd's committment to helping me get back on the road.

Curious, what block would Roush use to build a "511"?

It's a bored and stroked aluminum Shelby 427 FE block.

I've got the same block and displacement, just not from Roush.
