I also need to find an electrically operated heater tap and some form of motor drive to actuate the heater box air flow control for demist or cabin airflow choice.

Steve most of the OEM use vacuum I think, but don't quote me. Also have a look on
this site http://www.cbsonline.co.uk/. You'll find it pretty useful I think.
