Dave I found that Dragway asked the right questions and double checked measurements with me for a perfect fit. I did not go for their Halibrand type but instead a similar one, DB 131 (Classic Wheels ) that seemed easier to clean and polish.

We all vary on that ...

They have a good offset chart on their 'site.
