Not sure..  ... Does that mean we introduce the tax then China keeps on going at it. They produce, sell to us as we have a carbon tax that effectively puts us out of the manufacturing realm.
Yes makes sense, introduce a tax, put us all out of business and we buy from a country that has no tax. Whoa why didn't I think of it before the Greens and Gillard. ..
