Congratulations Dave. 10+ years in the making must have been a great sense of achievement. Most of us here don't care about what the car is. We love the fun of tinkering. Throw up some pics of the build.

G'day Liam,

I won't bore the forum with countless pics but will link to my photobucket and youtube channel then those who are interested can browse and those who aren't won't burn bandwidth.

The build commenced in earnest in 2001 and the car was on the road in late 2009 and registered rather recently as per this thread.

It was slow because it was a hobby and I spend roughly 3 months a year interstate and for the last far too many years been heavily involved in cricket so coming home and waving to the minister for war and finance after she'd sat at home alone all week and saying I'm off to the shed just didn't cut it hence the very slow build.

I designed and built from scratch and being a humble telephone technician getting into the shed and getting dirty was like being on holiday

Photobucket, lots of build and other nonsense pics
