Pills what size and rate are the springs you have? I need some for the rear as the ones i have are too soft.

Does you car use the jag front cross member or just the control arms. I think only RCM and David Tucker kits use the full cross member / subframe.

Rob, when you say bump stop rubber do you mean the rubbers on the upper control arm? Mine do not sit on the subframe.

Hi Zedn.
My rear springs are 4 at 250lb each. All my springs are 9" on 12" QA1's with single adjustment.

I originally had my front ones made at 400lb each, but found them to be too stiff. I had them remade at 300lb and with the adjustable QA1, they feel about right.

So the spare springs you have, what rate are they? I need some for the rear as i changed my plans half way through and have ended up with the wrong set of springs on the back. Too soft for two spring setup and too hard for four spring set up.

The spares I have are original QA1 springs that did not fit the front due to their OD being too big. They should fit the rear ok but the rating may be too high, if you have a twin setup on each side.
I will check for you tonight when I get home from work. From memory one set is 400lb and the other less.
