Awesome idea. Well done Gav and thanks to the NSW club for the support.
this is the difference between me attending the nationals and not. We will now be there and I'm going shopping for my tyres directly (need a new set after Shelby Fest anyway)
Really Looking forward to the Nationals now !

Fantastic Idea, ticks so many boxes.

I will definitely run in this class, nice way to take a step back but still have some fun.

What makes it even sweater is that Andrew thought he had a chance, may be for the best spin off, or even the most spin off's in one lap.

Excellent idea and well done Gav and the NSW team.

Not sure mate, we'll have to consult the old results for that one.
Is aero advantage. Eg. Hardtop allowed in this new class?

If you want to be ultra competitive I will lend you my R specs and you can have a red hot go at King Cobra.
You are missing the point of this class.

You know i know exactly the point of the class is, but who doesn't love a bit of trash talk especially when it usually ends with me in the sand trap and you on the horn and waving as you go past.

I reckon it could have more numbers than class 3. Such a great idea i cant believe you were involved.

I'm getting stuck back into getting the Cobra running again. My arms are itchy at the moment from grinding fiberglass last night. Shelbyfest did wonders for my motivation.

How about you and me both try and get our cars going for this years Nationals.

Cheers

I have the parts and the motivation, doing my best to find the time. Might buy wheels and tyres in the next month, then I really will just need the time.

I won't be buying KU36 because I need 18's to clear my brakes and 275 on the back is just not wide enough on a CR chassis.

I reckon 17s would fit over your brakes. In running 17s with 343mm rotors and 6 pot calipers. ( It's tight though).

OS has better range in KU36 that fit 18's.
Come and join team VIC in October you will have a ball.

I stand corrected. Good find LJ. Modena just needs to find some one who stocks them.
