just when you think you're serious, someone else blows you away.....lol awesome bench Mike.......Scaled my size down to 75 x 50 x3 tube and 4mm steel bench tops and am ordering enough to 16m worth of benching.....basically down one side of the shed....with a mesh lower shelve and using 150mm x 5mm flat bar welded to back protruding up 100mm as a splash back. priced at about $1800 plus welding....

Wow Mike, that's an awesome fabricating / welding table! I made a small rolling version out of big angle and 3/16" plate with wheels so I can roll it out of the garage when I am welding. I put the tabs under the top at each end for an extra place to clamp ground if I need to ground the whole table. As heavy as it is and with all the scrap metal below, it still rolls easily. Not very pretty, but functional for me.
