The smaller front reservoir is for the front brakes and the larger is for the rear brakes. If you intend using this master cylinder with rear disks then you must remove the constant pressure valve in the rear line outlet. If you don't the disk calipers will remain on all the time.
If you can find one, try for a master cylinder from a 4 wheel disk HX or HZ Holden. These have a bigger cylinder bore.
