We've had a couple of threads on how to shrink pictures down, upload them to your gallery and post them in threads. Have a bit of a search or someone might chime in with a link here.
The gallery function on Club Cobra is really good. I use it a lot. I find it's best to shrink your pics down to 1024x768. That gives you plenty of options for posting pics since you will get 2 different size options in your gallery to post.
