That's pretty much the setup we run on our CRs. There's no lip to attach a pinch weld door rubber to so adhesive backed neoprene is the go. You cant see it unless you look under the door.
I don't know why we worry. It's not like it'll keep the rain or the wind away. I think the rubbers are more to stop the door rattles.
