- braded hoses front & rear.
- rear brake pad, high performance
- a chromium wheel (equipped with removal halibrand engineering cover). See attached picture.

Do you have adress or suggestion for me where I can find?

Most likely those wheels are long gone. I have never seen one.
Maybe someone has an old set in storage or something?
Have you taken it to a wheel repair shop, they can do amazing things with some of these wheels.

B&B or McGills-streetrods.com can help you with the side pipes and rearend.
Finishlineaccessories.com can help you with the wind aeroscreen.

I'll bet that wheel can be repaired. It can be put on a lathe and respun into shape. It would take a shop that specializes in spinning metal.

I just purchased my first cobra a few weeks ago.
Built 383 stroker, 5 speed, and ford 9 inch. I am very impressed with the quality. It has adjustable tubular slc with adjustable coilovers front and a semi triangulated 4 link in the rear. The welds and z on the boxed frame are great. One thing I am also impressed with is the wheels are in the middle of the arch my pet peeve.

Default B&B just arrived

I just received my B&B Cobra yesterday. I believe I'm the 2nd or 3rd owner. It's titled as a '65 and it has a '65 427 with 4sp toploader. There are some minor issues that I'm working through and hopefully with the help of other members, I'll be able to fix the issues with my car.

Welcome to the club! As they always say, Pictures Pictures Pictures!

I have been very pleased with my B&B and would drive it anywhere.

Thank you and here are some pictures. If you look closely, there are no pre-drilled holes for the rear view mirror. Any suggestions? The carb is dirty. Car stalls at traffic signs/lights. Hopefully a minor adjustment. Not too keen on the Hurst shifter. Looking to replace it with "Original Type" 4 Speed Shift Lever with reverse lock out. Keep the seats but have them reupholstered. Replace the Grant steering wheel. Eventually, replace the windshield. It has a deep scratch on the drivers side.

Toss the carb and get something like a quick fuel 750 SS series, so much better. Sorry about spending your money but get ready :-)

Default Replace parts... Already :)

All in good time, I'm gonna use it as a paperweight. Intake is going as well. Maybe I'm way off here, I'd like to get a period correct intake and carb. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
George

If you had an original cobra, OK, but you don't, so don't pretend. Leave the old stuff in the junk pile. Get up to date stuff for your car IMO.

Default 2001 B&B cobra

I'm a proud owner of a 2001 B&B that I purchased about a month ago. Bought from original owner. Been working on it, repairing, adjusting things. Great car, enjoy driving. Will post pics soon!

Default New LAE Project Owner

I Purchased a rolling old LAE project recently. The car was partially assembled never completed then was partially disassembled and sat for many years. Car body is complete with boxes of parts, interior fiberglass and has a 9" rear end with Posi 3.25:1 and Wilwood brakes. My plan is to upgrade the front suspension to tubular with coil overs (all 4 corners) and to reshape the rocker panels and rear quarters. I have a 351W that will be stroked to 408ci and a Tremetic 5spd for the project. I'm leaning towards billboards

I am looking for B&B assembly information as I am basically in the dark as where to begin If there is anyone willing to help me locate assembly info please EMAIL me.

Hi Grover3, My first cobra was an LA Exotics which I purchased used. I had to restore it and was in a similar situation. I contacted Barry at Fiberglass 34 Coupes and Cobras by McGill Manufacturing.

Barry was one of the original owners of LA Exotics. He helped me out with part numbers and was a great point of resource. When I was looking for a second cobra I purchased a B&B cobra because I wanted to do the work myself and had Barry to assist with parts etc.

Barry is wonderful to work with and could possibly provide you with any information you might need to complete your build. His phone number 417-472-7848. You can tell him Lee in Salt Lake Utah referred you.
