How do you wash?

When I owned my car, I used the bucket and hose, the good ol' fashioned way. I just made sure that I only pointed the hose away from the cockpit, when those areas were done, then I carefully did the leftover areas with a damp sponge.

I mean, who lets the car get more than a light coating of dust on it 50% of the time, cleaning shouldn't be that hard, of course I'm not sure there were any waterless cleaners around in 1985.

I park it with the nose pointed towards the house; the gentle grade of the driveway keeps most of the water from running back into the cabin. What does manage to get in is easily soaked up with a chamois.

I use a Grit Guard in the bottom of my bucket to keep my wash mitt clean and stone free.
