I also have the 15 inch wheels and way too much time on my hands so when I got my 911 I decided to really test it. I hammered the spinners on as hard as I thought I could without snapping one and then used the tool for removal. Worked like a charm no matter what I did to screw it up. Being the mechanical moron that I am, if I cannot screw it up it is pretty fool proof. I love it. BTW, I also tried the same thing with a Mutherthumper 6 lb lead hammer from Cobra Valley and I was still able to remove the spinners but it was difficult in comparison to the 911. I am sure if you had an overtightened spinner than had also been on a long time (unlike mine) that the 911 would be even more impressive. Hopefully I will never have to test that theory.
