Buy or borrow an endoscope. You can get them pretty cheaply for your cell phone. Pull the exhaust sensor plug, and look around in there. Who knows, maybe there's a fastener or a piece of scrap metal in there.

I had to add a stand-off to support the dipstick as it would vibrate at certain rpm. It was a visible thing not sound though in my case.

Also you may try taping down the hood support rod to remove it from the list.

I agree with Matt's suggestion to check the header and collector hardware.

On your photo there looks like a Cad plated item at the top of the passenger footbox?

On the photo I circled in Blue an area under the passenger fender, just aft of the louvers at the top of the foot box. The item looks to be Cadmium plated (gold in color) thus I didn't think it was reflection.
