Sledge,
Take a very rough sandpaper, 60 grit or better, and rough up the backing side (the side that goes up against the caliper). Then apply your choice of Anti-Squeal compound, put the brake assembly back together and you should not have squeaky brakes. This is from the www.bimmerworld.com web site. My brakes don't squeal, but if they do I will try this.
