Yes, they want your money. I was just playing by the rules and added up my current money spent on my FFR (still being painted) and estimated about 800 hours of labor at minimum wage. I think I told them it was $37K. Tax & Reg. came out to just over $3,000!!! Guy who built his E-M, and shall remain anonymous, quipped only $9K and they taxed him on that amount! Grrrr....
