I have undercar exhaust but I think the header extensions off the engine are pretty much the same as for the sidepipes. I found a lot of those bottom header bolts are far easier to snug up from underneath without special wrenches. Every time I have my car up on stands or my lift I put a wrench on them just to make sure they are snug and tight.
