I understand; that time has seemingly come and gone. I was on my local Cobra Club web site this morning and was dismayed to see that it was mostly notices of members that had passed on.

Well, I'm NOT that old. I literally just hit a PR on my deadlift last Friday evening.

I need to figure out how to mount this tank. I am going to make a custom thermostat housing made to attach to the bottom of this tank because of the water -12 outlets on the manifold. cant really come up with anything will look right... any ideas?

I had to fab up a alternator bracket because the lower bolt was hitting the shock tower.

That looks a lot like the ERA bracket.

It started its life from ERA... I had to cut off the bolt that came from ERA and weld on a longer one, make a new bracket to the water pump... and re-powder coat it...

You seem like you know what you’re doing. That’s a good thing when working on a Hi Tech chassis. I can’t count the number of things that weren’t right on my SPF. Too much money for all the more attention they pay to the details.

agreed, I have had lots of issues, but I am blessed enough to own a lift in my shop and friends that help me along the way. At the end of the day it will be a nice car. But its NOT bolt on by and stretch.
