filled it up with 50% distilled water mixture and found a leak. Turns out the the machine shop did a nice job making the thermostat housing but did not bother to check if the screws holding it together were the correct length... they were bottoming out. I need to take apart the header tank/thermostat housing and troubleshoot the issue, 45 min later all put back together all good... Its ready to fire tomorrow morning and establish a baseline tune.
