I don't think it's a midstates for several reasons. First, there were very few midstates that had jag IRS, most had solid rear axle (ford 9"). The trans tunnel looks too narrow to be a midstates. A midstates steering column will come out above the foot box. A contemporary's column will come out the side of the foot box. This car looks more like a contemporary to me.
