depends on your thermostat and cooling capacity
It should run at least as warm as your thermostat rating and the cooling system should have the air and water flow capability to remove the excess heat. Common shortcomings that we see are underdrive pulleys,small fans, poor grounds and electrical system that doesn't have capacity to run the fans
You should be concerned when it is 200+ and going up
