The allen screw is small, ~1/8th" or less. It also sets into the hole, countersunk style.

Hi Jeff:
Thanks for the note, and the spinner is off. The allen set screw is mounted radially through the wheel center portion locking into a groove machined into the spinner circumference. Pretty small, and a piece of cake now.
