The only slave cylinder that I have to work with a Toploader and a Lakewood bellhousing is a Wilwood slave cylinder. Unfortunately, you would have to fabricate your own bracket. Otherwise, the parts are readily available and ready to ship.
As an example, you would need:
(1) MCL-16915 - T-Bracket - $38
(1) MCL-16935 - Clutch Fork- $62
(1) MCL-16042 - Throw Out Bearing - $65
(1) Wilwood Slave Cylinder - $80
If you wanted to try to get parts for your current hydraulic bearing, I'm pretty sure it's part number MCL-1305. If so, there are replacement parts available:
McLeod Racing - Replacement Parts for 1300 & 1400 Series Bearings
If you knew exactly what you needed and wanted to go this route, you could email me with the part numbers, I could get you pricing, and then send the parts to you.

I'm sure I remember one of the Kirkham brothers posting shots of a beautifully crafted "traditional" fork/external slave system that they had put together. C'mon, most (not all) of the HTOB owners on here have complained that they were basically a POS (certainly the early ones were).

You are right Patrick....I think the Kirkhams do have their own slave cylinder/bracket kit.
You are also right about HTOB's being less than desired. The regular clutch fork method is much cheaper and much easier to work on.

Mike Forte is another option -- he's probably got one sitting on a shelf behind his desk that he could ship out tomorrow.
