Yes, that is a Flaming River rack, with modified tie rods, that is milled down around the bracket area to fit the slots so it has the same dimensions of the old Subaru rack. If you look at the rubber bushing on your left picture side (the passenger side) it looks like it might be splitting some. Here are two vids of before and after I changed out mine -- with dial gauge attached. If you bitc* at Bob he'll send you new ones on the house.
