On Page 22 of the Parts Needed it says for the Tremec TKO 5 you need a spacer from ERA and on page 13 it says you need an adapter plate that works with an unidentified Chevy mount. You also need right hand speedometer driven gears.
However, I do not see a specific mount part number called out.

You need the mount and a separate adapter that you get from ERA. Be sure to tell Peter that you are using a Tremec and he will add the adapter to your invoice.
