Got my Mark III F5R1004473RD delivered Dec 7th almost a roller but not quite. I decided to go with a FMS 302/340 horse E cam engine and carb. 5 speed with 3.73's. Dual chrome rollbars.

Kit #FFR4501, Mark II, No donor build.

California registered under SB100 (#2005320), no smog...forever!

392 stroked 351W Ford crate motor.
Gordon Levy road course 8.5 quart oil pan.
4 into 4 jet-coated headers, jet-coated side pipes.
MSD ingnition throughout.
Tremec 3550 w/midshift by Mike Forte.
IRS w/aluminum Cobra pumkin, 3.73 gears, Pin drive setup.
Flaming River 15:1 steering rack, no offset.
Forte's bump steer kit.
VPM Bars, Bilstein coil overs.
Dual piston PBR aluminum calipers up front w/Cobra MC.
Trigo 15" knock-offs w/Goodrich radials.
One-off pedal box by Mike Forte (sweet).

Doug Kinemond from Hilliard Ohio.Between London and Columbus. Built a mkII in spring and summer of 2002.Frame #2380. 302 HO. medium pearl blue metallic,arctic white stripes.I was one of the yellow shirts at the LCS.Got there at 6am and parked in front of Masonic temple.

Just bought FFR 1445k yesterday.
So far: Ford Racing 302 longblock, GT-40 heads, Inglese induction (weber 44 ida x4), MSD ignition, Mallory distributor, BBK HD rear control arms, Pete Jackson gear drive, RAM clutch, Stewart-Warner gauges, rear disk conversion, chrome bumpers, and March pulleys.

Painting it Electron Metallic Blue w/ white stripes.

Car is running, but not driving, body is not prepped or painted or on the car.

Condensed list of Engine Parts for Nick’s FFR 1765 “Shelby Cobra”
It’s a MKI but I modified it so it’s more like a MKIII well maybe one and two thirds; new door hinges, hood hinge, foot box protection tubes, trunk hoop, other odds & ends. The car is 98% all new parts - no donor.

The Engine:
Ford 302 Cubic Inch (5.0 liter) Roller Block, bored .030 over to 347 Cubic Inches, align bored and decked – Block honed, prepped and checked by S&K Speed
Crankshaft: steel billet, (Balanced piston assembly) oil holes chamfer - polished and checked by S&K Speed
Pistons: Keith Black 4.030” flat top, Compression ratio 9.5:1
Connecting Rods: “Sportsman” forged steel
Piston Rings: Seal Power
Cam shaft: Comp Cam Custom grind - 230/230 duration @ .050” with .590”/.590” lift
Timing Chain & gears – Dual Chain drive
Heads: Dart II heads (Sportsman) Valves: 2.02 inch intake, 1.60 inch exhaust, Combustion Chamber: 64cc
Roller Rockers: Harland Sharp 6:1 ratio
Push Rods: Comp Cam - hardened
Exhaust: MAC shorty headers, ceramic coated, into custom low restriction side pipes
Bolts: ARP head studs, head bolt studs, main studs, rod bolts, carburetor studs
Intake Manifold: Edelbrock “Performer RPM” dual plain 1,500 – 6500 RPM range
Carburetor Holley 4150 HP- Double Pumper 600CFM
Fuel System: Holley “Blue” high volume in line electric fuel pump with pressure regulator & custom dual feed w/fuel pressure gauge, AN Fittings & Hose
Custom Air cleaner
Ignition: MSD Billet distributor, Digital 6-Plus Ignition (capacitive discharge, rev control), Blaster 2 coil - 45,000 volts, MSD 8.5mm super conductor ignition wires
Cooling system: High volume Milodon water pump, heavy-duty aluminum radiator with electric fan
Under drive pulley set, serpentine belt
Oil System: Milodon 7quart dual sump oil pan, High volume pump, remote oil filter, Lokar dipstick
Transmission: Tremec 3550, 5 speed, Gear Ratios: 3.27 first, 1.98 second, 1.34 third, 1.00 fourth and .68 fifth
Clutch: high performance Dual Friction clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, pilot bushing

FFR2055 - Early Challenge Series Racer. Bought used. Had it since April and it hasn't completed more than 3 laps without overheating. But I'm gonna fix it if it kills me.
