did you buy the ersons to replace the blue jobbies that were breaking?

if you have the .090 restriction you may need to go to the .060 to keep the oil regulated. this may be a dumb question, but are the shafts ok? were they worn bad when you swapped rockers?

i don't mean to harp on the oil......but the VC's and the baffles may just be a symptom of the real problem.....and brent, i'm sure will have the correct solution there for you...

I had the same issues and made my own baffles out of stainless steel that fit very close to the valve cover opening. I tapped the standoffs to 8/32 threads and used locktite to hold the screws firm. Then inserted my PCV to the grommit hole and it works perfect.

No more oil consumption period! All of the oil stays in the engine and it still allows the PCV to function and let the engine breath. I can send you a drawing if needed, PM me.

Here's a pick of my baffle, and yes I have Ersons, with the Blue Thunder valve covers (pics in the gallery). No clearance, PCV, or leak problems whatsoever.
