I'm not sure I understood your post completely. I have a 427 in a Superformance and used the following motor mounts, #2240 and 2241. I hope this helps.

Those are the same motor mounts I used on mine. Got them from NAPA.

Default the ones you used are they

the ones you used are they square with a hole on top and bottom to bolt on the motor and then a bolt comming out of the rubber side. I have these but I need more of a kind that a small block would use it's a 2 piece or 3 piece set up. where the part bolts to the motor and the other part bolts to the frame and then a thru bolt goes thru both and then a nut on the other side. how did you use the ones you have what does the frame side bracket look like. thanks for the input.

Mine are set up like this:

My frame mounts about 4" long and appear to be made of two pieces of 1/4" X 3" X 4" flat stock welded into an inverted V with a piece of 5/8" steel tube welded on top.

My motor mounts are two pieces each side bolted to the block with 3 - 5/8" course thrd bolts about 1" long. The outside mount bolts up to a flange to the inside mount with two bolts and also to the frame mount with a 1/2" x 6" long grade 8 bolt.

I had to flip through several pages of motor mounts at the NAPA store to find the exact ones I needed. Each motor mount is identified with a picture and a part number. The guys there was very patient with me. It also helped that I stopped in at a time when they were not very busy.

Good Luck

I think my PN are 2240 and 2241 as posted above. I will get my light and mirrow out tonight and double check. I will post my answer after 6:00 tonight. I may also try and take a picture for you.

I posted a couple of pics in my gallery that I think will show how my SPF is mounted. The mount bolts to a pedestal that mounts to the chassis. If you look carefully I think you will see this.

2364 and 2365 fit a '77-78 Torino and T-Bird with 400 engine. I don't know whether that's an FE block...

I have to re-cant my original post. My motor mounts are NOT PN 2240 and 2241. I could not see the PN on my mounts , I believe they are stamped on the inside of the motor mounts. They appear to be just like PN 2364 and 2365.

But I did get them at NAPA. I wish I had stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and I wouldn't have made that mistake.

The mounts you described are for a 67/ 68 mustang/cougar. The rubber part that goes between the frame mount and the block plate are still available from Ford part no. D1ZZ6038A. The block plate is no longer in production but I think B&B Mfg. is remaking them (call Bryan or Barry), you can also find on e-bay from time to time.

Resurrecting and old thread here as it seems to be the best place to capture this info. What is the part number for ARP motor mount bolts (mount to block) for FEs? Is it ARP 150-3102 (the ARP catalog specifies these are for Windsor motors, but doesn't list any other Ford engines). If ARP doesn't make them, who would you recommend? I already have motor mounts, just need the mount to block bolts.

I do not know what you may need but take a look at Chris Craft Commander 427 mounts of the 60,s , they maybe what you are looking for , I think they are abit lower profile also , I think they where used on larger Ford trucks as well .
