Yeah, I was considered the Pro-gram caps. I prefer to do the girdle, but hell, maybe I'll use both  .
This may be a stupid question, but where the heck does the oil drain back into the block? I don't see any oil return holes?
Oh, and an NOS 428 service block just came up on ebay. It's got the "X" you mentioned in the lifter area, so I assmue it's a high nickle block.
