I'm running 2X4 with Holley carbs. The guy with the Galaxie "tuning" his carbs every week doesn't know what's he's doing. NOT neccessary at all.

I had to work out the main jet settings, it took several times of changing jets to "dial them in". I also changed the power valve 2 or 3 times to "dail it in". After that, zero problems! Runs great and I never touch them.

EFI, you will be "dialing in" that system as long or longer than going with carbs. Twin carbs, the coolest thing going on an FE.
