Burgs LM1 kit has 1 sensor. I have a friend that said he can make a box with an A-B switch to get reading off both sensors while driving. I will look at the data log later. TOO much going on when racing. I only worry about that oil pressure gauge and the reading on long sweeping turns. Back to Dean Rick Lake

What Just One and Ex said...

I wonder if you have as much cam as you believe you do. I have a similar set up but run bigger valves and 1320 cfm. I make 535 at the crank.. I'm not knocking your hp. I'd say it's close to 475-495. at the crank... But at 13:1 you should be close to 550 or better.

Hotrod Magazine built a 390 that went 9.7:1 and got 450 hp at the crank. It was a roller cam motor that had 222 / 228 degrees of duration with .584/.604" of lift...

So I dunno.

I think the roller is worth 40 or 50 HP. I called Crane and they confirmed the part number and sent me a new cam card that matched what I already had. I can't look at the cam very easily but I guess I could measure the lift at the rocker and see if it is close. I don't have a dial indicator but my neighbor does. I is also possible that my compression is not that high, but I don't know how to check that with the heads on the car. It really does run well!
