If it were mine, I'd run the electric fuel pump for ten seconds or so, shut off the power, look down the carb and open the throttle completely to see if fuel squirted down the throat. If there was no fuel but the pressure gauge showed 7.5 PSI, I'd disconnect the fuel line from the carb, stick it into a container and run the fuel pump for another few seconds. If fuel ran into the container, I'd know the carburetor is getting fuel but not passing it through (e.g., a stuck closed float valve). If fuel did not run into the container I'd know the gauge is likely faulty and perhaps blocking the flow of fuel to the carb.
