Who was it that said some thing along the lines of "... the only stupid question is the one not asked..."? Then again... they probably never had children  
Seriously though, catch can = overflow tank.... more or less
If you have a radiator cap on the raditor, expansion tank, top hose etc and in the neck it has a hose that runs to another tank, you are good! If the car is overheating bad enough to fill up a decent sized overflow tank... you have probably pulled it into the pits already! What they don't want is the normal expansion of the coolant to be puking on the track all the time. If a system is completely full with no air bubbles it will spit a little here and there under normal operation. Antifreeze is not good for traction!  |

Shouldn't be a problem. For a school, which this is, I beleive that they will even allow four point. Hopefully Steve will be able to publish the requirements soon on our website. Hint, hint! ;o)

I don't know personally, but I am fairly sure there are some spots open.
Edit: PS, you know SAAC in Ohio does and event there every year don't you? I usually go just to watch and look at all the cool cars.

Ohio SAAC did not do Mid-Ohio last year, they went to BeaveRun. I really miss the Mid-Ohio event, but I think it go too expensive and they didn't have enough participation.
I'm watching your event because I plan to race at the Vintage Grand Prix at Mid-Ohio the end of June. I could really use the track time before the event to sharpen things up a bit.....
I figured if you don't get enough club members the event may open up!
