I tried telling Ron that Prairie dogs are not dogs, but more like gophers so that may have led to his confusion on the subject. I think you may be on to something here.

Well it is still raining but not more than a sprinkle. They have all of the roads open now, but some still have chain requirements. If the forecast is correct, this will continue right on until at least next Wednesday. This is more rain than we have had in the last two years combined.
And to top that off I have the first cold that I have had in years and it is miserable.
It finally made it up here to my place, nasty day, rain rain... I thought I might hit some malls, go walking around. Trapped like rat in the house here.
Get used to it. We are still having light rain but it is getting colder and this blasted sore throat and bad cold have me where I don't even feel like walking out to the gates. But I have to this morning as this is garbage pick up day. The rain I don't mind but this sore throat is really bothering me.
