Oh no, it's a well witching stick. Bent at just the right angle, degree, for finding just the right spot of good water.
I bet she wasn't cheap.

I would post a pic of the lot, but the camera is being stupid, dont you just LOVE techknowledgy?%/ **) :JEKYLHYDE

Mike,

The person using the machine needs to be smarter than it is. %/

Kristen,

Post padding. Come on, just because Mike used 27 posts to post 29 words, you call that padding. As moderator of this thread you should use the post count adjust feature and take away about 300 of his. :D ;)

hey,littlecobra 12-28-2004 09:02 AM

I'm thinking of hubby putting them to work on the farm.
slave labor, some people call it.
no, parental rights, I think it's called.

Ron61 12-28-2004 10:11 AM

Kristen,

Actually a great use of available labor and at a reasonable price. Pay them the minimum wage, then deduct what it costs you to keep them up and see how much they owe you. That should be a real experience for them. Kind of like when I got my first car and found out that I had to pay to keep it running.

Ron

I didnt know either! Must have been one of those, er, never mind.

I'm thinking about selling Gunrack.

First she got lost in shipping in the Bermuda Triangle.

Then I shelled the engine before I even hit 100 miles.

Then the State of Oklahoma stonewalls me on registration.

Then I get run off the road and barbed wire destroys her paint job.

And the local cops are gonna write ME a ticket. Or two.

I think I'll rename Gunrack with a good, honest Injun name... Dark Cloud. That's what she carries over her.

Oh, well. There's a Country tune that goes, "Nuthin' 'bout love makes sense..."

I'm waiting for a young woman carrying a baby to show up at my front door and claim that I am the father.

Yeah, that would be a fitting end to a most unusual year.

Ron61 12-28-2004 02:06 PM

UT,

Don't despair, things will get better. I too am not going to be at all sorry to see this year go away. At least you have a carburetor. Heck, write a book about Gunrack and make a fortune. :)

Ron

hey,littlecobra 12-28-2004 07:27 PM

Don't despair, UT. you and she will be just fine - take a little time to fix up the paint; you'll have enough to paint the whole thing after the lawsuit! ;)

hey,littlecobra 12-28-2004 07:30 PM

boy, I've been all over this forum this evening. Pretty dead around here. What's up? There a party I'm not invited to? Where's Mike? Ron? Made cookies today. Rolled out sugar cookies. Will decorate tomorrow. Thank heavens it wasn't in the easy bake oven. Do you know how things taste that have been "cooked" with a 60w light bulb, for 15 minutes? Cardboard, anyone?
I'm going to bed! It's just littlest cobra girl and me to snuggle up and read, go to bed! See ya!
Kristen

LwCwb 12-28-2004 08:59 PM

UT, im glad your ok.

Kristen, how the heck did you get so many posts?

Ron61 12-29-2004 05:53 AM

Mike,

Kristen was posting while you were sleeping. She has made it one of her New Years Resolutions to pass you in post count. And yes, things were really dead yesterday in all forums. Several people reading but few posting. A MUST read is the Gasholes At War Vol 1.

Ron

LwCwb 12-29-2004 08:02 AM

Ahhhhh, i finally got to sleep in til 10:)

Ron61 12-29-2004 08:11 AM

Mike,

Sleep in until 10. Most of the rest of the people have been up for hours and are already looking forward to the end of the day. You young brats just can't take it can you. :D :D I had to look at your news years resolutions. You should have made one of them staying awake as much as you sleep. :) :D

You have a short day ahead of you. Make the best of it. January 3rd will soon be here.

LwCwb 12-29-2004 08:13 AM

hehehe Ron, I have to get up at 4:30 to make sure im up by 5:30 to get ready for school:CRY:

hey,littlecobra 12-29-2004 08:13 AM

re-read that new years' resolution list, Ron! It said nothing about passing Mike in post count... it didn't :p
the gasholes at war is cute. Went to Buzz's gallery. Wow. hmmm. Mike's been there too. Stay out, Mike, til your 18!
Didn't get to sleep in today. (housekeeper is here; don't want to get caught sleeping in when you're paying someone to clean your house!) now tomorrow.....
hopefully have a friend coming over to scrapbook. I've been sooo good and stayed away from "my fun" til the holidays were over. Now it's my turn! I've got the Cobra book to update, or the kids birthday books, or hubby and me (1988!), or Laura's baby book. (she's about 6 weeks old in her book) Now she's 8! Christmas book, nah, too soon for that, and I'm just at Christmas 2003 anyway... Vacation book, up to March 2002, hmmm. they all will get done, eventually! Makes me tired just thinking about it! Should be excited! Still need to clean out garage and look into the lifts. That'll be in a couple of weeks, and I"ll post photos...
hmm. looks like Ron has just posted here. Wonder what it says?
Guess I'll hit "submit reply" and find out.
