Please stay after your state's insurance commissioner, do not underestimate the intimidation/embarrassment factor a state government can use to smother an insurance carrier, especially in a state like Florida.
That's why I love Oklahoma... only 3.5 million people, but I am only five phone calls away from the Governor, and I am nobody and nothing.
