Which brings us back to Wyoming I think it was that had no posted speed limits and the state police decided if you were going to fast. I think that has been changed due to so many discrepancies in tickets. One person gets a ticket for doing 50 on a certain place and day and another does 80 and it is ok. I don't think deciding if a vehicle is going to fast for conditions on a dry, clear day should be up to the police, hence I prefer posted signs.
Warren just drive like you always do and the signs won't have anything to do with it anyway.
