Thats a good point Ron, and I'm following a basic real estate guideline, sell high, buy low. Prices are STRONG in Hawaii, my place is just about maxed out in current value, time to sell. And BUY in a depressed zone, like Redding. WOW, terrific prices there right now, I could get a nice place and pocket some serious change when the smoke cleared. Same for Reno area, that is a little farther out than I wanted, but it sure is a nice area, I always did like Reno...
Michigan? Whew, spent three years there and it took me the next 10 to warm up after I moved to Hawaii. Michagian? Not gonna happen!
