You are allowed to bring pictures of your car to this state with no penalties. Of course if you are in the San Francisco, Berkley, or L.A. area, some porno would help. Have the picture blown up to full size, mount on a piece of plywood and trim to give the cars shape. They used to do this for CHP cars down near San Francisco and then set them alongside the highway. Until you passed it, they looked like the real thing.
