I initially received a 90-day TOP with my SB 100 sequence number, then got another 90-day TOP from my local AAA office. But when I went back to AAA for another, they said I shouldn't have received the earlier one and that only DMV can issue TOPS for SPCN vehicles. Then went to DMV and they would only give me a 30-day TOP, which turned out to be all I needed.
Point is, depending on who you get at the AAA office, you might be able to get one there with far less hassle!
