You are using an older square body motor which is totally different, uses a different rotary switch and has a different style of park switch. Do you have a spare rotary switch to try with your wiper motor? That may help you determine if you a rotary switch issue, park switch issue or a wiper motor issue.

Not only is it different, it's a DR3 - which are different again from the more common DR3A. The park system is completely different.
It sounds like it's out of the car. Can you jury-rig it completely to replicate in-car installation? I think you need to have the rack and switch actuator fully installed to check.
