Correct Oil Cooler Hoses and Fittings

The previous owner/builder of my car used silver braided hose with red and blue fittings on the oil/oil cooler lines and fuel line. I do not demand 100% originality but having the correct color scheme as the original cars would be nice. I am trying to mute some of the bling and hot rod parts.

Also, I would need a recommendation on where to purchase those replacement parts. I guess I could also call ERA. Thanks.
