SAI tended to use, paint, DYMO labels or industrial decals to label their racing Cobras. Earlier race Cobras tended to use a mix of the first two methods and later FIA Cobras tended to receive the decals. I believe the markings at the selector valves was possibly done for the mechanics servicing the cars.

Great find! Most all of the SAI team Cobras used a locking system for the fuel cap, even the Daytona Coups.
