Hats-off to you and anyone else that was involved in getting the SB 100 bill passed. Tell us your angle on this. Do you have a sympathetic ear in Sac? If so, why would the legislature want to get involved in this?
The process is far from perfect, but at least there is a solution in place to legally register specially constructed vehicles in California.
I agree with Randy, the only significant changes to the SB100 bill will come with lobbying $$$$...probably from SEMA.
