Did anyone take the time to read my link?
You don't get it...it goes beyond Countries.....you can't transfer Kits from province to province...even if you move. The Cobra "Kit" has to not only reside but has to be born where it is registered to put it simply. No more fake 1966 glass body fakes and no more province to province or out of country imports. This is new and real enforced. They have a task force touring shows and looking for VIN and seizing them. A lady who spear heads the Kit car program for MTO is Pandora and she appears on a kitcar Blog on yahoo. (Let me know if anyone wants it)
To sum up. 4 options
Kit car VIN (in birth place)
Rebuilt VIN (in birth place)
Home made VIN(in birth place)
Original Cobra VIN (free range)
